Aušra Kiudulaitė is a Lithuanian artist, author, and educator based in Vilnius. She holds an MA in Painting from the Vilnius Academy of Arts, where she developed a strong foundation in visual language that continues to shape her practice. Over the past decade, she has focused on picture books, illustration, and visual literacy, exploring how images tell stories and communicate beyond words.

Her work spans book creation, lecturing, and workshops for children, educators, librarians, and art students. She has also developed a lecture series on visual literacy, examining how images shape meaning and perception.

Her books and illustrations have received national and international recognition, including inclusion in the IBBY Honour List and awards at major international book fairs and festivals. She was also awarded the Global Lithuania Award for promoting Lithuania internationally through her creative work.

Her work has been presented at festivals, exhibitions, and educational events across Europe, the United States, and Asia. At the core of her practice is a belief in the quiet yet powerful ability of images to connect and expand how we see the world.
